We make it simple — any size bin is just $329 and includes delivery, pickup and a 7-day rental. Extra days are charged at $29/day.
Dump fees are charged in addition to your rental. You only pay for what you use. Click here to see a full list of our disposal fees.
To have your bin swapped out or dumped and returned, we simply start a new rental, and your 7-day rental period resets.

Choosing a bin size is easier if you think in pickup truck loads instead of just the yardage.
10 yard bin – Great for smaller jobs; about 4-5 pickup loads: light clean‑ups, a bedroom or office of junk, a few pieces of furniture, or a small DIY project.
15 yard bin – Best for medium projects; around 6-7 pickup loads: garage clean‑outs, kitchen or bathroom renovations, new flooring in a couple of rooms, or bigger decluttering.
20 yard bin– Ideal for larger jobs; roughly 10 pickup loads: multi‑room renovations, major basement or house clean‑outs, or small construction/demo projects.
30 yard bin – For the really big stuff; roughly 15 pickup loads: whole‑home clean‑outs, larger construction or demolition, estate clean‑ups, or big moves.
As a rough guide, a short‑box pickup filled to the top is about 2 cubic yards, so if you can picture how many truck loads you have, we can quickly confirm which bin size makes the most sense for your project.

In most cases, we can accommodate a same day delivery. If we can’t, we can get it to you next day, guaranteed!

The bin will be delivered between 7 AM and 7PM on the day requested. We will send you an estimated delivery window the day of your delivery. We can usually accommodate specific time requests as well.
If we have clear instructions on where to place the bin, you do not need to be present for delivery or pickup.
Contact us when you’re ready for pickup and we’ll book you into our schedule. In most cases, your bin is picked up within one business day of your request.

There is a way to dispose of or recycle just about everything. However, certain items must be seperated or require special treatment.
We know this can be complicated, so one of our team members would be happy to discuss your specific needs any time.
